Catharina Haehn (HÖHN)

Catharina was born on May 24th, 1853 in Leipzig (Leibzig), Bessarabia, Russia (now Ukraine).¹

Catharina's father was Andreas Haehn and her mother was Anna Louisa Sprecher (Kraft, Haehn, Sommerfeld). Her maternal grandparents were Gottfried Sprecher and Anna Katharina Sokolosky (Sprecher). She had two brothers and four sisters, named Andreas, Johann, Louise, Maria, Karolina and Juliana. She was the second oldest of the seven children. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Daniel, Gottfried and Anna. She died at the age of 1 on August 21st, 1854 in Leipzig (Leibzig), Bessarabia, Russia (now Ukraine).¹
