Emily Harper 
Emily was born in 1824 in Penkridge, Staffordshire and her christening took place on March 18th, 1824.1 Emily's father was James Harper and her mother was Sarah Lees. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Harper and Hannah Clift; her maternal grandparents were Joseph Lees and Mary. She had five brothers and two sisters, named William, Joseph, James, William, Edward, Hannah and Martha. She was the oldest of the eight children.-
