John Farrer

John was born in 1776 in Nether Witton, Northumberland and his baptism took place there on June 23rd, 1776.  John's father was John Farrer and his mother was Isabel Amery. He had three brothers and two sisters, named James, Thomas, David, Ann and Jane.  He was the second oldest of the six children.
