Klara was born on June 28th, 1906 in Kastelaun, Germany. Klara's father was Friedrich Peschel and her mother was Eva Pollack. Her paternal grandparents were Friedrich Georg Peschel and Therese Friederike Oberhinninghofen; her maternal grandparents were Daniel Pollack and Caroline Eifler. She had three sisters named Ingeborg, Käte and Mechthild. She was the oldest of the four children. She died due to natural causes or old age at the age of 90 on August 17th, 1996.

Death Notes
- Klara was born in Kastelaun.
  Died in Pretoria whilst on a visit to Detlef.
  She lived with Peter and Claudine for 7 years prior to her death. She suffered and died of CCF.

General Notes
- Wrote final examination at Münster where she met Paul.
  She worked for a countess (delivered her child and attended her for the following 6 weeks)
  At the time, with Paul she joined a youth group (Back to Nature). They also joined a choral group.
  In South Africa Paul and Klara founded an old age home (The Sanctuary - 1948 - 1980) where they tended to and cared for old people who could not live on there own and whose families were not in a position to care for them. Most patients suffered from senile dementia.
