Ingeborg was born on December 9th, 1907.  Ingeborg's father was Friedrich Peschel and her mother was Eva Pollack.  Her paternal grandparents were Friedrich Georg Peschel and Therese Friederike Oberhinninghofen; her maternal grandparents were Daniel Pollack and Caroline Eifler. She had three sisters named Klara, Käte and Mechthild.  She was the second oldest of the four children.  She died due to natural causes or old age at the age of 82 on April 13th, 1990.
