Paul Karl Basel
Paul was born on August 18th, 1904 in Born in Ragnit, near Tilsit.  He died due to natural causes or old age at the age of 79 on June 2nd, 1984.

  • Died of a heart attack in Paddock, South Africa. He always wanted to "die with his boots on." Two days prior to his death he slaughtered a pig. At the time of his death he was waiting for the cows to come in for milking. He always attend to the milking. Klara was with him in the cowshed. At his memorial service he was referred to as "one of God's gentlemen."

Klara Eva Peschel
Klara was born on June 28th, 1906 in Kastelaun, Germany.  She died due to natural causes or old age at the age of 90 on August 17th, 1996.

  • Klara was born in Kastelaun.
    Died in Pretoria whilst on a visit to Detlef.
    She lived with Peter and Claudine for 7 years prior to her death. She suffered and died of CCF.
