Frank was born on April 9th, 1942.  Frank's father was Joseph (The Ace) William Castoral and his mother was Vera Beyer (Castoral).  His paternal grandparents were William Castoral and Mary (Castoral); his maternal grandparents were  Orville  Beyer and  Helen Spoonauer (Beyer).  He is the fourth of fourteen children.  He had six brothers and seven sisters, named Sonny, Bobby, Jerry, Walter, Smokey, Kenny, Vera, Joan, Peggy, Carole, Helen, Kathy and Denise.

Frank and Florence were married on May 1st, 1965 in Maryland.  They have a son and two daughters, named Francine, Robin and Frank.
