Francine was born on August 25th, 1960.  Francine's father is Frank David Castoral and her mother is Florence G Miller (Castoral).  Her paternal grandparents were Joseph (The Ace) William Castoral and Vera Beyer (Castoral); her.  She is the oldest of three children.  She has a brother and a sister, named Frank and Robin.
