Richard Anderson Whitling

Richard was born in 1821 in Easingwold, Yorkshire and his christening took place there on July 6th, 1821.  Richard's father was George Whitling and his mother was Elizabeth Anderson.  His paternal grandparents were John Whitling and Ann Snarey. He had three brothers named Elizabeth , George and John.  He was the second youngest of the four children.
