George Whitling

George was born on December 25th, 1790 in Raskelf, Yorks and his christening took place there on December 27th, 1790.  George's father was John Whitling and his mother was Ann Snarey.  His paternal grandparents were <Unknown> and Ann. He had a brother and two sisters, named John, Margaret and Mary Ann.  He was the second oldest of the four children.
