Samuel Stanley

Samuel was born in 1828 and his baptism took place on August 2nd, 1829 in Pentrich, Derbyshire, England.  Samuel's father was James Stanley and his mother was Mary Oliver.  His maternal grandparents were Robert Oliver and Sarah Alsoppe. He had three brothers and eight sisters, named Thomas, Oliver, James, Sarah, Ann, Elizabeth, Alice, Mary, Martha, Deborah and Susanna.  He died at the age of 88 in March 1916 in shardlow, Derbyshire, England.
