Trevor was born on October 24th, 1922 in Hawera, Taranaki, NZ. Trevor's father was Douglas William Davies (Griffiths) and his mother was Mary (Molly) Brew. His paternal grandparents were John Thomas Griffiths and Jane Hopps Withers; his maternal grandparents were Dennis Brew and Margaret Jane Daines. He had three sisters named Kathleen, Doreen and Marion. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 8 on December 17th, 1930 in Hawera, Taranaki, NZ.-
