Jane Davidson

Jane was born on November 18th, 1833 in Menmuir, Angus, Scotland.¹ Jane's father was Alexander Davidson and her mother was Catherine Guthrie. Her paternal grandparents were Andrew Davidson and Christian Petrie. She had two brothers and six sisters, named Alexander, James, Mary, Betsey, Margaret, Catherine, Georgina and Stewartina. She was the oldest of the nine children.
