Margrave Hermann of Brandenburg 
Hermann was born in 1271 in Brandenburg, Prussia.1 Hermann's father was Margrave Otto (Der Lange) of Brandenburg V and his mother was Countess Jutte of Henneberg. His paternal grandparents were Margrave Otto of Brandenburg III and Bozena of Bohemia; his maternal grandparents were Count Hermann of Henneberg I and Countess Margaretha of Holland. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Otto, Albrecht, Mathilde, Beatrix, Kunigunde and Jutte. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 37 on February 1st, 1308.1 -
