Thomas Stone

Thomas was born on November 12th, 1580 in Croston, Bretherton, Lancashire, England.¹ Thomas' father was Richard de Croston Stone and his mother was Isabelle Girdler. His paternal grandparents were William Stone de Twiste and Elizabeth Bradley; his maternal grandparents were John Girdler and <Unknown>. He had five brothers and three sisters, named John, Henry, Andrew, James, Robert, Mary, Jennet and Margery. He was the third oldest of the nine children.
