Jennet Stone

Jennet was born about 1587 in Croston, Bretherton, Lancashire, England.¹ Jennet's father was Richard de Croston Stone and her mother was Isabelle Girdler. Her paternal grandparents were William Stone de Twiste and Elizabeth Bradley; her maternal grandparents were John Girdler and <Unknown>. She had six brothers and two sisters, named John, Henry, Thomas, Andrew, James, Robert, Mary and Margery. She was the fourth youngest of the nine children.
