Thomas Sims 
Thomas was born in 1869 in Rockingham Co, NC. Thomas' father was Richard E. Sims and his mother was Nancy Susan Roberts. His maternal grandparents were Thomas Jefferson Roberts and Arrena Wortha Hopper. He had three brothers and five sisters, named James L., Robert Everett, Jesse James, Mary Sue, Sally Ann, Arrena, Rachael E. and Martha P.. He was the second oldest of the nine children.General Notes
