Charles Netterville Simmons 
Charles Netterville was born on October 13th, 1849 in Terry, Orange, Texas. Charles Netterville's father was Daniel Henry Simmons and his mother was Susanah Jemima Harris. His maternal grandparents were Victor Nely Harris and Nancy Ann Netterville. He had three brothers and nine sisters, named William Nely, Thomas Henry, Daniel Ethen, Ann Sarah, Susannah Jemima (or Martha Rebecca), Martha Rebecca, Rachel Elizabeth, Mary (or Sarah) Jane, Amanda Jane, Susanah Samantha, Henrieta Virginia and Victoria Aurelia. He was the third oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 79 on October 22nd, 1928.1 -
