Cassa Simmons 
Cassa was born in January 1883 in Van Buren Co, TN. Cassa's father was Andrew Jackson 'Jack' Simmons and her mother was Canzantia A. 'Canzada' Stipe. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph N. Simmons and Mary Elizabeth 'Betty' Lewis. She had two brothers and three sisters, named George W., Sydney M., Martha L., Mary Dora and Bettie. She was the second youngest of the six children.General Notes
