Bettie Simmons 
Bettie was born in January 1885 in Van Buren Co, TN. Bettie's father was Andrew Jackson 'Jack' Simmons and her mother was Canzantia A. 'Canzada' Stipe. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph N. Simmons and Mary Elizabeth 'Betty' Lewis. She had two brothers and three sisters, named George W., Sydney M., Martha L., Mary Dora and Cassa. She was the youngest of the six children.General Notes
