Beauford Curtis Shockley 
Beauford Curtis was born on January 13th, 1910 in Van Buren Co, TN. Beauford Curtis' father was James Monroe Shockley and his mother was Eva Lee Simmons. His maternal grandparents were Joseph Henry Knox Simmons and Susan M. Ramsey. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Powell Tandy, Fred Ethelbert, Virginia Belle and Bertha Jewell. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 84 on December 16th, 1994 in Spencer, Van Buren Co, TN.General Notes
