Henry Clay Sapp 
Henry Clay was born on November 5th, 1931 in Bledsoe Co, TN. Henry Clay's father was Edward Carmack Sapp and his mother was Ova Lee Debord. His paternal grandparents were William Collins Sapp and Hettie Jane Simmons. He had two brothers and two sisters, named William Charles, Benjamin Franklin, Katherine and Linda. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 56 on February 15th, 1988. He was buried in Blackburn Cemetery, Bledsoe Co, TN.General Notes
