Benjamin Franklin Sapp 
Benjamin Franklin was born on March 23rd, 1939 in Bledsoe Co, TN. Benjamin Franklin's father was Edward Carmack Sapp and his mother was Ova Lee Debord. His paternal grandparents were William Collins Sapp and Hettie Jane Simmons. He had two brothers and two sisters, named William Charles, Henry Clay, Katherine and Linda. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 36 on January 14th, 1976 in Bledsoe Co, TN. He was buried in Blackburn Cemetery, Bledsoe Co, TN.General Notes
