Eva Gordon Powell 
Eva Gordon was born on January 10th, 1901 in Rockingham Co, NC. Eva Gordon's father was James William Powell and her mother was Susan Frances Roberts. Her maternal grandparents were James Ellis Roberts and Jane Moore. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Robert Lee, James Tracy, Thomas Weldon, Nora, Ruth Odie, Carrie Maude and Annie Bea. She was the third youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 85 on January 15th, 1986 in Greensboro, Guilford Co, NC.General Notes
