Joseph Twin Foster was born on July 12th, 1859 in Jefferson, Illinois, United States. Joseph Twin Foster's father was John Foster and his mother was Hellen Jane Stonecipher. His paternal grandparents were Lancelot Foster and Lucy Johnson. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Isaac LEWIS, Joseph Michael, Mary Jane, Elizabeth Ann, Harriet Marie, Leona Melisa and Laura Evelyn. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 1 in 1860.-
