Elizabeth Ann was born in 1849 in Jefferson, Illinois, United States. Elizabeth Ann's father was John Foster and her mother was Hellen Jane Stonecipher. Her paternal grandparents were Lancelot Foster and Lucy Johnson. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Isaac LEWIS, Joseph Twin Foster, Joseph Michael, Mary Jane, Harriet Marie, Leona Melisa and Laura Evelyn. She was the second oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 1 in 1850.-
