Hue R Loe 
Hue R was born in 1898 in Texas, USA. Hue R's father was Stephen A Loe and his mother was Rebecca Leona Scruggs. His maternal grandparents were James K Polk Scruggs and Mary Frances Pinkerton. He had six brothers and four sisters, named James Fulton, Stephen Ralls, Lewis, Lorne E, John W, Clovis B, Fannie, Eunice, Doris Pauline and Grace A. He was the fourth youngest of the eleven children.-
