Fannie Loe 
Fannie was born in March 1886 in Texas, USA. Fannie's father was Stephen A Loe and her mother was Rebecca Leona Scruggs. Her maternal grandparents were James K Polk Scruggs and Mary Frances Pinkerton. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named James Fulton, Stephen Ralls, Lewis, Lorne E, John W, Hue R, Clovis B, Eunice, Doris Pauline and Grace A. She was the second oldest of the eleven children.-
