Emeline Kent 
Emeline was born in 1517 in Ollantigh, Par, Wye, Kent, England.1 Emeline's father was Sir William Kempe and her mother was Eleanor Browne. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Kempe and Emeline Chiche; her maternal grandparents were Sir Robert Browne and Mary Malet. She had five brothers and four sisters, named John, Thomas, Anthony, Edward, Francis, Margaret, Cecilia, Faith and Mary. She was the second oldest of the ten children.-
