Francis Kempe 
Francis was born in 1543 in Ollantigh, Par, Wye, Kent, England.1 Francis' father was Sir William Kempe and his mother was Eleanor Browne. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Kempe and Emeline Chiche; his maternal grandparents were Sir Robert Browne and Mary Malet. He had four brothers and five sisters, named John, Thomas, Anthony, Edward, Margaret, Emeline, Cecilia, Faith and Mary. He was the youngest of the ten children.-
