William Collin Kelley 
William Collin was born on December 13th, 1916 in Hooks, Bowie Co, Texas, USA. William Collin's father was Ernest Lee Kelley and his mother was Mary Roena Allen. His maternal grandparents were James Jefferson (Jim) Allen and Martha Christina (Mattie) Akin. He had a brother and a sister, named Ernest Lee and Leta Mae. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 79 on August 24th, 1996 in The Colony, Denton Co, Texas.-
