Charles Canstant Grogan 
Charles Canstant was born on October 19th, 1871.1 Charles Canstant's father was Constant T. Grogan and his mother was Frances Elizabeth Price. His maternal grandparents were William H. Price and Elizabeth Roberts. He had six brothers and a sister, named John Henry, Emilous Jackson, Otho King, Louie Price, Robert Fetizer, Doctor Smith and Nora Frances. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.General Notes
