William Foster 
William was born on March 10th, 1752 in Virginia.1 William's father was James Foster and his mother was Elizabeth Parish. His paternal grandparents were John Foster and Ruth Hoskins. He had six brothers and three sisters, named John, James, Bartlett, Anthony, Allen, Zenas, Susanna, Judith and Sally. He was the oldest of the ten children.2 Death Notes
