Bartlett Foster 
Bartlett was born in 1763 in Goochland, Virginia.1 Bartlett's father was James Foster and his mother was Elizabeth Parish. His paternal grandparents were John Foster and Ruth Hoskins. He had six brothers and three sisters, named William, John, James, Anthony, Allen, Zenas, Susanna, Judith and Sally. He was the fifth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 67 in 1830 in Bedford, Lawrence, Indiana, USA.1 -
