James H. Foster

James was born in 1832.¹ James' father was James H. Foster and his mother was Nancy Monteith Jones. His paternal grandparents were Bartlett Foster and Elizabeth Harris. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named David, William, Robert, John, Benjamin, Rufus, Joshua, Naomi, Jane, Nancy, Emily and Linzy. He was the sixth oldest of the thirteen children.
