James Akin Jr 
James was born on March 3rd, 1851 in Bowie Co, Texas, USA. James' father was James Collin Akin and his mother was Brunettie. His paternal grandparents were William (Bill) Collin Akin and Rebecca (Becky) McKinney. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Lee Morris, William Collin, Robert, George W, Jefferson Davis, Mary B Akin, Elizabeth, Brunette and Martha M. He was the fifth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 78 on June 2nd, 1929.-
