Anne was born on October 11th, 1631 in Isleworth, Middlesex, England. Anne's father was Sir Giles Overby and her mother was Ann Shirley Shurley. Her paternal grandparents were Sir Nicholas Overby and Mary Palmer; her maternal grandparents were Sir John Shurley and Jane Shirley. She had six brothers and a sister, named Thomas, Giles, Nicholas, John, Edward, Richard and Mary. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She died in Isleworth, Middlesex, England.-
