Sir Nicholas Overby 
Nicholas was born about 1547 in Aston-Sub-Edge, near Mickleton, in Gloucestershire, England. Nicholas' father was Thomas Overbury Jr and his mother was Isabel Elizabeth Rutter. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Overbury and Jone Porter; his maternal grandfather was Nicholas Rutter. He had a brother and four sisters, named Anthony, Elizabeth, Mary, Grisagona and Agnes Anna. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died on May 30th, 1643 in Bourton-on-the-Hill, Gloucestershire, England.-
