David Woods 
David was born in 1795.1 David's father was Samuel R. Woods and his mother was Jennet Allison. His paternal grandparents were John Woods and Anne Louey Mebane; his maternal grandparents were Joseph Allison and Elizabeth Alecona Ray. He had two brothers named Joseph A. and John A.. He was the youngest of the three children. He had two half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Hugh, Samuel R., Jane M., Mary Ann, Margaret Allison and Susan Faucette.1 -
