Kincheon Hay Welch 
Kincheon Hay was born in May 1850.1 Kincheon Hay's father was William Rowland Welch and his mother was Lavinia Butler. His paternal grandparents were Osias Welch and Elizabeth Rowland. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Azro Butler, Sylvester Butler, Amanda J. and Mary Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the five children.1 -
