Azro Butler Welch 
Azro Butler was born in 1839.1 Azro Butler's father was William Rowland Welch and his mother was Lavinia Butler. His paternal grandparents were Osias Welch and Elizabeth Rowland. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Sylvester Butler, Kincheon Hay, Amanda J. and Mary Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the five children.1 -
