Elizabeth Thomas

Elizabeth was born about 1856 in Henderson, Indiana.¹ Elizabeth's father was Andrew Jackson Thomas and her mother was Martha Patsey Spivey. Her paternal grandparents were Ira John Thed Wilson and Mary Elizabeth Betsey Thomas; her maternal grandparents were James Spivey and Mary Johnson. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Kimber Azo, Sidney, Joseph, Garrett, James [Jim], Amanda, Lucy and Araminda. She was the third oldest of the nine children.¹
