Ruth May Stonecipher 
Ruth May was born on April 16th, 1881 in Marion, Illinois.1 Ruth May's father was Jesse Stonecipher and her mother was Ella Waggner. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Stonecipher and Elender Goddard. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Leonodas H., Layman C., Luther P., Ebon B., Alice Maude, Nellie and Nettie. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named James Sampson, John Calvin, Timothy Greely, Thomas Isham, Lucy Elender and Estelmonet Lincoln.1 -
