Lucy Elender Stonecipher 
Lucy Elender was born on July 9th, 1859 in Morgan, Tennessee.1 Lucy Elender's father was Jesse Stonecipher and her mother was Sarah Melton. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Stonecipher and Elender Goddard. She had four brothers and a sister, named James Sampson, John Calvin, Timothy Greely, Thomas Isham and Estelmonet Lincoln. She was the third oldest of the six children. She had four half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Leonodas H., Layman C., Luther P., Ebon B., Alice Maude, Ruth May, Nellie and Nettie. She died at the age of 43 on August 18th, 1902.1 -
