Betsey Rood 
Betsey was born on February 16th, 1753.1 Betsey's father was Azariah Rood and her mother was Desire Prime. Her paternal grandparents were Jonathan Rood and Margaret. She had four brothers named William, David, Azariah and Silas. She was the second oldest of the five children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Thomas Drakeley, Desire and Lydia.1 -
