Adaline Rice 
Adaline was born on May 2nd, 1810 in Florida, New York.1 Adaline's father was Asaph Rice and her mother was Abigail Sawyer. Her paternal grandparents were Asaph Rice and Thankful Clough. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Erasmus D., Amory, Sarah, Adelia, Jane and Catherine. She died at the age of 39 on April 29th, 1850 in Lewistown, Illinois.1 General Notes

Adaline Rice may have been born May 21, 1810. Married Mryron Phelps either March or May 24, 1831.
She joined the First Presbyterian Church in Lewistown, Illinois by profession of faith the day it was organized January 16, 1836. Worship was held for about 2 years in the member's homes because there was no other place to worship.
