Rebecca Reed

Rebecca was born in 1843 in Scott, Tennessee.¹ Rebecca's father was Campbell County Reed and her mother was Martha [Patsy] Ann Chitwood. Her paternal grandparents were Isaac Reed and Phariba [Rachel] Hatfield; her maternal grandparents were William Chitwood and Sarah (Sally) Reed. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Joel C, Sampson, Rachel, Sarah, Jupiter, Martha Ann and Delilah. She was the second oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 63 in 1906 in Scott, Tennessee.¹
