August Ploger 
August was born about 1863 in WOLCOTTSVILLE, NIAGARA CO, New York.1 August's father was Carl Wilhelm Ploger and his mother was Anna Fredericke Antonie Brandt. His paternal grandfather was Johan Gottfried Ploger; his maternal grandparents were Georg Carl Fredrick Brandt and Dorothea Sophie Grambow. He had six sisters named Fredericke Wilhelmine, Maria Fredericke, Fredericke Wilhelmine Ernestine, Hannah, Augusta and Antonio. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.1 -
