Oliver Parker

Oliver was born in September 1882 in Screven Co., GA.¹ Oliver's father was John Thomas Parker and his mother was Marie Louise Black. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Parker and Mary Waters; his maternal grandparents were William Ashman Black and Mary Isabell Barnett. He had four brothers and four sisters, named William Ashman, Warren, Richardson Sealy, Thomas U., Eugenia W., Mary W., Ella L. and Miriam J.. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 37 in 1919.¹
