Thomas Harvey Mincey 
Thomas Harvey was born on March 17th, 1875.1 Thomas Harvey's father was James Marion Mincey and his mother was Laura Jane Franklin. His paternal grandparents were Abraham Mincey and Elizabeth Ann Moore; his maternal grandparents were Mitchell Franklin and Mary Elizabeth Hendricks. He had six brothers and five sisters, and also two siblings of unknown gender, named Ezra Van Buren, Otis Sawyer, Ben Mitchell, James Cleveland, Watson Grady, Austin Upshaw, Ellen Virginia, Edna M., Annie Beatrice, Bessie Elizabeth, Olga H., Mincey and Mincey. He was the third oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 43 on November 12th, 1918. He was buried in Bulloch Co., GA.1 1 General Notes
